Amy lost her Dad about 14 years ago after he passed away due to heart disease. He suffered a couple of heart attacks and had bypass surgery 6 years before he died. Amy remembers her Dad being a wonderful storyteller and was always the life of the party. He lived life to the fullest enjoying all the good and bad things life had to offer. Amy discusses how living such a way likely contributed to his heart disease and how it has affected how she lives her life enjoying a very active lifestyle.
