As the director of Easy Living Property, Ash has been specialising in the high end HMO market since 2008. With 12 properties and 83 tenants, his company sources, refurbishes and manages HMOs but he is most proud of the fact that in over 8 years he has never had to issue a section 8 or section 21 notice, nor has he had any rent arrears, evictions or court cases and he is currently creating a business plan to get planning permission on a 21 bedroom HMO.
In addition to this, he is the owner and founder of The HMO Group on Facebook with over 4,000 members, started with the desire to help others, and is a Patron at Peace One Day, a charity looking to institutionalise Peace Day, an annual day of global unity and intercultural cooperation.
