On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by guest Charles Devigne - Owner and Director of Operations at Harlem Baking Company –  an artisanal bakery offering single-serving desserts, handcrafted by in-house pastry chefs and owner of Lexington Pizza Parlour - a charming Italian bistro bringing sophisticated dining to the Upper East side of Manhattan. Charles was born and raised in France but moved to the United States where his lifepath took a turn, leading him into the culinary world. He has long been a fixture in the New York food scene, beginning in 1997 where he started as a waiter at Pescatore Restaurant, and eventually becoming owner of the establishment.
