On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by guest, Chef Fabio Vota, professional chef and catering & events professional. Fabio hails from the Amalfi Coast in Italy and began cooking at the age of 14. He honed his skills throughout Italy and then became the chef for the Italian National Soccer Team – Gli Azzurri – for 4 years during which they won the World Cup in Germany in 2006. Fabio moved to Los Angeles to begin his catering business almost 12 years ago where he has been working as a private chef for celebrities, businesses and private individuals.
