On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini visits Marina Marchese, award-winning honey sommelier, author, speaker, artist and apiculturist and founder of the brand, Red Bee Honey. Marina was the first U.S. citizen to be accepted as a member of the Italian National Register of Experts in the Sensory Analysis of Honey. And in 2013, with the guidance of the Italian Register, she founded the American Honey Tasting Society to bring the program to the U.S.. In 2024 she was recognized with a Wise Woman award by the National Organization of Italian American Women for her contributions to the Italian American community
