On this week’s episode, host Caryn Antonini is joined by Shabnam Russo, finalist in Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee Pudding Competition. Shabnam lives in north London with her family and works part time at her husband’s skin care clinic. As a hobby, she caters parties for friends and family, often creating a fusion of foods drawing on her own heritage and that of her family. Shabnam originally worked in finance yet her passion for cooking as well as philanthropy led her in a different direction. Constantly dreaming up her next fabulous confectionary creation, Shabnam, more often than not, can be found in her kitchen cooking for different charitable causes close to her heart.
