MY FAVE TOOLS FOR SELF HEALING

  1. Journalling as often as possible - increases self awareness & creates a dialogue between your subconscious & conscious mind
  2. Yoga - good for releasing stored trauma, self regulation & mind/body balance
  3. Meditation - good for self awareness, emotional regulation & mental clarity
  4. Working with a coach/mentor/therapist/practitioner
  5. Time spent alone (preferably in nature) - to process life events & get to know yourself more intimately.
