JC started his career in Mexico as McDonald's first employee in the country. His dreams of becoming the second Jacques Cousteau was put to a quick halt due to getting seasick and he made have become the biggest pivot ever. He shares his stories on starting his career, taking a step back, and also getting passed up for a promotion.

Throughout his career his wife, family, and coworkers gave him the support and push to keep going. He walks us through his relationships with his mentors and how they encouraged him. He also shares his mindset through each step and how he navigated his career.
