Rachann's guest is Tony, owner of Tony Loco's Restaurant in Woodbine, Maryland, serving American and Latin American Cuisine. Tony grew up in Baltimore's Little Italy and staring working in restaurants when he was 14. He recently opened a second restaurant, Tony Pazzo, in Mount Airy, offering true Italian cuisine.
