Sometimes we can't appreciate where we are if we don't look at how far we've come. It's easy to get down on ourselves and engage in self-defeating behavior, negative self-talk, and upper-limiting our progress if we look at ourselves at a point in time and we're disappointed. Often it's either because we are comparing ourselves to others who are doing different things and have different talents. Other times we're looking at where we are and it's not where we thought we'd be or if we are where we thought we'd be, it's not what we thought it would look like when we got there.  Sometimes you gotta look in the rearview mirror and appreciate all the good things that have happened to get us where we are today. It can be pretty self-inspiring, rather than self-defeating. In this episode, you'll hear 5 questions to ask yourself when you find yourself discouraged about your personal progress. Because hey, you want to love Monday just like Friday, right?
