Giving 2 weeks' notice when you quit your job, it's customary even expected. But is it necessary? Does two weeks' notice really help anyone? Okay, there has to be a formal resignation, but whether you're the manager or the one who is quitting, there's always more than 2 weeks' notice even if no one says anything. That's because before they quit, they quit.

Quiet quitting is the in-fashion term for people who disengage and detach, but it's not a new concept. In this episode, we explore how people quit long before they officially resign and what to do about it whether you're an individual contributor or especially if you're a manager.
