Pastor Care Crawford exhorts us to draw near to Christ, to abide in Him. To bring Him to the center of our thought-life is essential to abiding in Christ. Abiding is not about including more religious activities or trying to be a better person. It is simply about spending time with Christ, practicing the basics of Christian living - reading scripture, prayer, regular (but simple) adoration of what God does as we see it. God's glory shines through His branches, but only if the branches are truly attached, or, abiding in The Vine.
