Dr. Sams opens the Psalms once again to remind us how Christ wants to show us a clear picture of the joy He is. He wants to bring us festival joy. His joy does not run out. There is no hangover, nor indigestion, nor fatigue from the indulgence in too much joy. His is endless, for it is His essence. He is joy. With His indwelling in our hearts, we have joy. We need only remember that it is there.
