A 95% commitment to Jesus Christ is still short. Our accomplishments and worldly credits mean nothing. We are such prideful hypocrites to think we can impress God. The truth is, we make cultural adaptations to our faith all the time. But Christ is clear: “Take up your cross and follow me.” You cannot do that 95%. It is a complex problem, but God’s grace allows us to deal with the complexity of living in Christ today.
