Trust the Yoga is a slogan that came to life in one of my 200hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Tel Aviv, Israel. It summarizes for me my relationship with yoga, what yoga has helped me achieve in my life, and how the future is bright due to my relationship with yoga.

Yoga has been a guiding light for me in living a life that breaks "normal" society standards, and find my success in it. It has also been a safe haven for me as I face the challenges of growth without having clear guidance from elders.

I love being a guide for yoga practice. Asana for me is a moving meditation where we have the chance to embody principles and ground these time-tested philosophies into our everyday life.
