Meditation is a key part of the change and healing of this generation, to be the ancestors that changed the narrative and our society's collective addiction to suffering. 

In this episode I share a bit about the history of meditation and where it comes from, the practices that we can use to enter into a meditative state, and what it means to be in a meditative state. You can use meditation to manifest your reality, align to your health and well-being and clean up your life so you feel like truly your authentic, energized self.
