Today, I’m sharing 7 top fitness excuses we ALL have thought or said at one time or the other:
1. Time
2. I’m just not motivated or disciplined
3.  It’s too hard
4. I’m too old or too far gone
5. I don’t have the money
6. It’s taking too long. Fitness doesn’t work for me.
7. I don’t know where to start

I share, too, lots of scriptures and truth to counter the lies and set us free to just move. Jesus wants us to be well and thriving! 🙌

Father, help my fit sister, Your Daughter, to see her beautiful worth and value in Your eyes. Reveal what You desire her to take away from this episode. Light a fire in her soul that moves her body forward. Give her a new attitude and winning action plan for Your Name and Your glory. In Jesus I pray. Amen
