Lindsey shares some powerful tips that will allow you to navigate  holiday celebrations empowered so that you can eat what you want to eat and enjoy the dang season instead of stress about over eating or over indulging.

It is important to me to share these tips with you because when we  go into the holiday season and don't have a plan, we can go unconscious and when we come to and assess the fallout, the mean girl voice comes. That's why I brought in Trainer Lindsey! I love her and have followed her for a long time. She truly is an expert and I love that she is all about freedom not restriction.
