- Sonam is a licensed and registered psychotherapist (qualifying) at Shifting Your State Therapy. Having used her experience as an elementary school teacher, she began practicing a year ago as a licensed therapist and loves the work she does. She empowers her clients through positive psychology and solutions and reframing their thoughts and beliefs as they see fit. Sonam specializes in working with BIPOC individuals and specifically the South Asian community, as doing the work in the community she belongs to is of great importance to her.
