Bernadette has worked in the wedding and events industry since 2002, launching her wedding planning business when her son was 6 months old. When he was a toddler and her second son was a baby she launched her second business, a membership and training organisation for the wedding industry. The UKAWP is now known as the leading body for the wedding industry. Recognising excellence within the wedding industry.
A renowned wedding industry consultant and trainer, Bernadette works closely with business owners to propel their business into success, encouraging them to flourish. Alongside the UKAWP, she is the co-author of ‘Wedding Planning
for Dummies’ (2014) and has written numerous training courses over the years. With her undeniable reputation within the wedding industry, Bernadette is now a sought-after speaker at events as well as a judge for The Wedding Industry Awards. In 2019 she launched her consultancy business to help even more businesses outside the wedding industry.
