Description

Welcome to foHRsight – a podcast about making work better brought to you by future foHRward.

The start of the year is the time when many organizations are rolling out the priorities for their teams. In this week’s episode we make the case for thinking about prioritization in a broader sense beyond the top corporate goals.

Many leaders don’t feel their teams are being productive (see Microsoft report below) and while this is contrary to the views of individuals, it does present an opportunity to focus on measuring outcomes.

Taking the time to think about how you can simplify often complex tasks at work and streamline meetings can help people to prioritize their time and ultimately be more productive.

As next week’s guest Gustavo Razzetti says “… busyness is a wicked problem.”
