When you set a goal, do you expect to meet it? Or do you let time take its course and see what happens?

When many of us set goals, we adopt one of three mindsets:
1.  We expect to FAIL because we are looking backward at previous goal attempts.
2.  We have NO EXPECTATION because we do not think that we have any control over our results. 
3. We expect SUCCESS because we are committed to our goals and know that our success is inevitable as long as we keep moving forward.

Join me as we dive into each of these mindsets and how they affect the results we get.
