Teachers, admin, superintendents…everyone is under enormous pressure to produce results. It can make us feel like the results have to come fast. Sometimes, the thing students need is time without pressure, so that they can process and learn. It sounds like something I’m saying just because it sounds good, but sometimes moving slow is the quickest way we can get to academic success. Don’t let the pressure get to you out there!
