Karen and Yvette Meeks wrote and produced "The Diva's: sung by Karen Meeks," a musical tribute to 5 divas of the 1920s/30s/40s: Ma Rainey, Bessie Smith, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, and Etta James. It's coming to the Albright Center for the Arts in Sunbury next month.
