Kat Zammuto, a woman of mixed French and Brazilian heritage, has spent the majority of her life residing in the United States.
Growing up in California, she was exposed to the world of entertainment and modeling from a very young age, thanks to her father's occupation as a TV and video producer.
Kat's artistic inclinations extend across various creative domains.
Equipped with experience in modeling, acting, and digital media, as well as a degree in Business and Communications, she has managed to diversify her pursuits and achieve success in a wide range of projects.
Kat went through the profound loss of both her mother and her husband within a short period of time.
She shares her experiences of grief, navigating the dating scene in her 40s, and embarking on a journey of self-discovery through the creation of her own podcast "Kat on the Loose - Sex, Dating & Relationships."
A lot of what Kat shares is how the death of her loved ones helped her to appreciate life so much more, letting go of stress and anxiety in exchange for gratitude and living life fully.
