Inspired by Do Less by Kate Northrup, I dive into the importance of honoring natural rhythms, staying committed to our goals, and finding the balance between going with the flow and staying true to our word.
My word of the year is flow, Tegrity. A beautiful portmanteau. Sometimes you're in flow, but your flow could take you out of integrity.
