In the pandemic, every single one of us had an opportunity to filter this question, regardless of our circumstances. It was humbling, sometimes scary and sometimes liberating all at once as we all worked through the facts of our lives. Those facts very quickly bump up on our BS, aka "Belief Systems."
What is essential is based on our beliefs, but only to some extent... in this Monday minisode, I do a deep dive in to what is essential as a business owner, and mother, of both children and animals. Sometimes it is a moving target, as things change.
