Warmup, walk, or jog
1 mile Test - Walk, Run, Jog, or combo. Go as fast as you safely can for 1 mile.
Post-run stretches
Find your way back home or your yoga mat.
Forearm Plank Hold
AMRAP - As Many Reps (with GOOD form) as possible in 60 seconds each:
