We’re weird and mysterious.
Patients are looking to you to set the tone of what this experience will be. If you’re confident in yourself, they will be confident in you. If you’re nervous and apprehensive, they will follow suit. If you don’t communicate properly, patients will be confused and they will drop out of care.
