Check out the upcoming retreats that I'll be hosting at wendybrandcoaching.com/retreat.
My guest this week, Gifty Enright, is a highly regarded speaker, writer, and coach. In addition to her book, Octopus on a Treadmill, she is regularly published in newspapers and magazines.
I hope you'll listen to this inspiring conversation with Gifty, here are some of the takeaways:
1. Get your priorities straight. We should be prioritizing our lives in a way that prioritizes our well-being.
a. Mental health
b. Close personal relationships
c. Physical health
d. Income
Prioritizing in this way allows us to make decisions in a different way and potentially prevent burnout.
