I can not think of a better guest to kick off the Authentic Energy Culture Series.  Delise Simmons’ full-time job is to help organizations improve their cultures.

Delise started her work in organizational culture when she helped found the Southwest Airlines’ Leadership University, where she developed and delivered leadership training to more than 1,000 leaders every year, during the time when Southwest Airlines was rated as one of the Top Ten Companies to work for in America.

Today,  Delise is the Chief Culture Officer at The Culture Think Tank, a research and consulting firm that designs the programs and tools that executives and senior leaders need to move the needle on culture and monitor performance.

If you want to have further conversations with Delise you can reach her at dsimmons@theculturethinktank.com.
