Description

Do your clients have lengthened muscles? If they are postpartum they most likely do.  Is strengthening not creating the change you and your client are trying to achieve?

In today’s episode, Lynn discusses the importance of addressing lengthened muscles and what to do about them. She shares her experience of trying to strengthen a lengthened muscle.

When our client’s muscles are lengthened, especially after pregnancy, isometric shortening with end range pulses can help relieve the achiness our client feels. We can also shorten the pelvic floor musculature by ensuring the bones are in a closed position first.
