Reuben shares his experience about what can happen when you forget to disconnect the corrugated sump pump discharge tube before winter.

Tessa shares about water-stained ceiling, vents, and cleaning air exchangers like the heat recovery ventilator (HRV) and energy recovery ventilator (ERV).
