Jen talks about what discomfort feels like in her body and offers that discomfort comes from thinking things should be different than they are.  The sensations of discomfort feel like a tight, constraining turtleneck. When we release the focus on the turtleneck, we can begin to offer ourselves release.  The same goes for discomfort, if we can understand that discomfort can help us grow.
