Have you ever thought that you know what to do, you just aren't doing it?  The only reason is because the behavior hasn't become a habit yet.  Most of us make creating a new habit very difficult, but gameifying can make it fun.  In today's episode, we look at 3 steps to make new habits easier:
1.  Define goals and benchmarks
2.  Decide incentives
3.  Make it fun and creative
