In today's episode I chat with y'all about the social media break I decided to take the week between Christmas and New Years. I share the emotions that I started to feel that prompted my need to take a break. I also share some of the research on the effects of social media on our mental health.
I was very intentional about the steps that I took to be successful in my social media break. I hope that the tips I share will help you if you are considering taking a break of your own.
