Today on KRY.chat we chat 10 healthy habits that I believe should be prioritized in your everyday life. I love to work on my habits daily to overall feel accomplished about the things I am doing. If you are someone who's screen time is 4 hours + a day, then I suggest giving this podcast a listen! Purposeful minutes over wasted minutes is my message behind this episode as I will always express how important it is to value you the time you have and use it intentionally. 10. Say Affirmations daily!
