Ah, the aftermath of the Thanksgiving weekend. The ooh-so American holiday where, beyond giving thanks, the main purpose is to consume vast amounts of food beyond sanity, then spend the remainder of the day in a catatonic state of food hangover. Many feel guilty for gluttonous consumption. Guilt is the gift that will keep on giving long beyond the last piece of pumpkin pie, but it doesn't have to be this way. There is an effective change you can make to your lifestyle as we move post-Thanksgiving and pre-Christmas holiday gatherings to super-charge your mind and body heading into 2021. After an ER visit on July 7, 2020, for severe abdominal pain, for the second time in five years, I knew change was required. I went in sick, tired, a bit overweight, and emerged with an entirely new perspective on life. 145 days later, I am 30 pounds lighter, mentally sharper, sleep better, and more full of energy than I have been in 20 years. This podcast talks about just one very simple lifestyle change I deployed, and you can as well. If you do this one thing your mind and body will never be the same again.
