As a former teacher, I always see September as a time of new beginnings.  New school year, new schedules, shiny new pencils and pens, new backpacks, everything is NEW.  It can also be a new beginning for us.  This episode offers a meditation practice to enter in new beginnings.  Grab your meditation pillow and/or your journal and pens and let's dig in.
