Hello! This is part 3 of my Anti-Anxiety Toolbox series. This is a technique that I learned from my therapist that has been a game-changer. I don't use it every day because I no longer need to. However, I keep it in my 'back pocket' just in case.
Please note that I am not a medical professional. I am a health coach and yoga guide who has lived with anxiety for many years. Here is where I share strategies that have worked for me. It is my hope that at least some of these tips work for you or a loved one. If you are really struggling with anxiety, please seek help from a trained professional.
