Hello! This is part 4 of my Anti-Anxiety Toolbox.  This is where I share strategies and tools that I use on a regular basis to help me regulate my anxiety.  I am not a medical professional.  I am a certified health and wellness coach and registered yoga guide AND a person who lives with anxiety.  Here I share things that work for me.  My hope is that you will find a strategy that resonates with you.
