When's the last time you gave your brain a break? No, we can't stop the brain from thinking - that's what it does after all. However we CAN train it to be more mindful and get less carried away with our ever spinning thoughts. This episode explores the meaning of the second yoga sutra, "Yoga is the cessation of the mind's fluctuations" and how we can apply it to life in today's time. Getting stronger in this area of my life has truly helped me to get more control over my general anxiety.
