In this episode I talk about seeking you answers within. I discuss a few books that led me to the information that all the knowledge and wisdom that could ever exists lives with inside of us; in our very DNA. Sharing some of my story from traveling down to Peru and experiencing the plant medicine Ayahuasca and how she showed me that all the answers I was looking for I already had within myself.
