I sat a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat in Bali and it changed my life. Sitting there observing the mechanics of my own mind for 10 days really allowed me to gain an insight into how I am in control of my life. Before this I was always swayed by my impulses and insecurities but know I feel I have true control over what goes on in my mind. This was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it was so worth it. In this episode, I will discuss my experience and the lessons I’ve learned, how the technique of meditation teaches you how to live a better life, the illusion of the sense of self and much more.
