Alcohol and drugs are not always a bad thing, when done in moderation and In a healthy mindset it can be used to enhance your enjoyment of social situations and create amazing memories. Unfortunately, we live in a society where 99% of people do not use it in this way. We have a generation of people who are anxious and depressed and many of them find there escape from this headspace in substances. Getting this false sense of confidence and happiness from blocking there insecurities with whatever substance is available. Which only reinforces more anxiety and depression, leading them to seek more substances. Resulting in a negative cycle of seeking out what is causing the problem. This illusion can be broke by getting sober and working on yourself. In this podcast, I will discuss many topics including the effects of alcohol and drugs on your brain chemistry, how it negatively impacts your mental health, how to escape this mindset and much more.
