Now, onto the episode, movement is more than just exercise.  I discuss this and all the added benefits of incorporating movement into your life.  Although it is a way to lose weight, get fit, etc., it also helps with your mindset, mental health, and many other things.

Also discussed is the best way to get started, which is slowly.  Doing the best you can each day you show up.
