In this episode, I reflect on the conversation I had with Reese regarding overcoming trauma holistically.
Trauma is a complex topic, not to be minimized. It impacts the body and mind, and the importance of a holistic approach to healing. I shared a bit of my personal journey of healing and the various tools I have found helpful, including breathwork, journaling, and therapy.
Healing is not your purpose, there is no timeframe on healing, it is a journey of which it is important to acknowledge your progress, being resourceful, and continuing to improve.
