In this episode, I have a conversation with Reese who is an indigenous medicine woman and author using her training to help others overcome trauma holistically.

1. What trauma is, as well as explore what it is not
2. Holistic, exploring what this actually means; it is more than just natural.  It is working with the entire body, including the mind, emotions, spirituality, the physical body, diet and self care.
3. Overcoming and healing takes deep work, using tools like breathwork, art therapy, music, talk, journaling or writing things down to remember.
4. There is HOPE!
5. Learn to laugh
6. Recovery - it is mostly possible
7. Building your own toolbox.
