After leaving my marriage to a drug-addicted narcissist, I felt lost, disconnected from myself, and unsure of what was next. I struggled to trust myself, and my nervous system was stuck in fight-or-flight.
But I refused to let that be my story. I went on a healing journey—learning to regulate my nervous system, reclaim my worth, and rebuild my life from the inside out. Along the way, I integrated my background as an accountant with my deep passion for healing, becoming a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and coach. Now, I help heart-centered solopreneurs heal their money story, regulate their nervous system, and build thriving, aligned businesses with ease.
