Ultimately, finding the joy and peace in the midst of life’s struggles. We will go on a journey from surviving to thriving, as God intended. A journey in which Christina will meet you where you are, and take you with her.
Christina started this podcast because she felt incredibly alone on her journey, she struggled for a long time when the right time to leave was and once she did, she thought now what. She was just surviving, barely hanging on thinking there had to be more to life than this. So she went on a journey, healing her body, mind, and spirit. Now, she wants to share that journey with you, to help you on your healing journey, helping you feel not so alone, helping you find the right tools for you to love your life again.
